Dr. Pradeep Kumar was able to diagnose the ailment correctly and quickly. Treatment for swineflu is time sensitive. He was decisive on the treatment which gave me the confidence in my recovery. He took time to explain the nature of illness and how he would tackle it. Having diagnosed with the scary swineflu, i felt safe in his hands. His nursing staff is friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Pradeep Kumar and Brookefields Hospital.

The reason I say this is cos all the time he has detected my problem quick and right which help me start with right medication in time.

ImThis review is for the doctor aswell as Brookfield hospital.admitted my brother in an emergency who had a high fever and happened to faint at home as it was the nearest hospital from my place.

Once we reached the emergency department, doctors and nurses were so not ready that they didn't even have an emergency stretcher. we somehow managed to get him to the ward. After some examination the doctor(Mr. Venkatesh Pujar) on duty said that he might be having a seizure/fits, there is a greater risk and he is required to be admitted in ICU. I quickly agreed for the same as I was worried and I couldn’t think of any other option. I was asked to pay 20k in advance and I made the payment without having a second thought.

The night he was kept in ICU and they conducted every possible test they could and said that there would be a neurosurgeon visiting early morning at 7 am. I was fine with it as the only concern for me was my brother's health. I spent the night at the waiting room which was very dirty( the bedsheets were never washed with mosquito blood on the same) *** * **** **** *** **** ********* ***** ****** ****** ***** *** * ******* ******* ** *****

The next morning no Neurosurgeon arrived and(Dr. Pradeep Kumar TJ) who also happens to be the MD of the hospital, came to take a routine check. By this time: Renal profile, Reactive protein, CBC, Liver function tests, Blood glucose Random(RBS), Troponin-T, Dengue NS1 AG, AB, Peripheral smear for malaria parasite, Typhidot(salmonella Abs), Urine Routine examination and Canulization were performed.

I somehow figured out after reading the reviews for the hospital and the doctors **** **** ***** *** ********* ** ****** **** *** ***** ***** *** ******** *** I had some sort of negative vibes about the doctor and the hospital as well. ***** **** ** ******** ****** ******** ***** *** ******* * ******** ** ************* *** ** ******* *** *** **** ******* ** *** ****** The next thing I did was decide to take him ** * ****** hospital nearby********* ***** also because the insurance policy my brother was enrolled in, *** ******** **** ** * **************** ********* Dr. Pradeep approached me and said that it might be a case of brain fever and a full-body MRI would be required, by the time my brother was active but was still kept in ICU. I asked for the reason why he is still in ICU in spite of his temperature coming down and he is active now. The doctor started being rude to me stating it's the doctor's job to make sure that the patient is fine and he would be kept in ICU and would not be moved to a regular ward. That's where I made up my mind and decided to move him ** ******** ***** When I again approached the doctor to get him discharged, he started to be rude to me *** **** ***** ******** ********* ** ******** ** ** **** * ******* ** **********

By this time below are the INJECTIONS & MEDICINES **** **** ***** ** *** *** ** **** ******* *************** **** ******* ********** ****** *** **** ******* ******* ********* ******* *** *** *****

I fought with the doctor and finally got him discharged - AGAINST MEDICAL ADVICE.

After the discharge was approved, my brother and sister were the only ones on the floor and the ICU was left unattended ** ******** *** *** ******* ** *********** *** **** ** *** ******* ***** I was charged 26, 000.00 for the 15 hours of hospitalization **** *** ******* ******* ****** *** **** **** *** ***** ** ****** ********* * *********** I must say the hospital does not even follow basic cleanliness, ** ****** *** *** ***** *** *** ******** ****

The next thing I did was took my brother to a renowned doctor where I myself was undergoing consultation for viral fever ** ****** ****** * *********** for a second opinion. *** *** ********* ** *** *** **** ** ********* **** *** ***** *** **** * **** ** ********* *** ******** ** ** ***** *** ** *** *********** ***** ****** *** *********** *** ******* * ******** *** ** *** ***** ***** * *** *** **** ** **** *** ******** ** * *** *** ******** ** ******** ***** ********** *** **** *** ****** ** *** ******** ***** *** * **** ***** * ******** ******** *********** *** *** ***** **** ********* **** ** *** ******** ** *** ******* *** ******* *** ** **** **** **** ************** *** ***** ********* ** ********** *** *** **** ** ********* ******** *** *** **** ***** ** *** ******* ** ******** ***** *********** ** ********* ********** ***** ** **** ** ********* *** ********** ****** ** *** ***** * *** ****** * ******** ********* **** ** *****

Here comes the next challenge: reimbursement of the insurance claim. as per the regular process, I submitted the bills of Brookfield hospital for reimbursement. The insurance agency rejected the bills as there was no treating doctor's certificate provided for the same. I went back to *** ********* MD Dr. Pradeep, He was so rude and denied to provide any such document. I and my brother visited the hospital at least 5 times to receive the certificate. Finally, I requested the insurance agency to send out a mail and it was found that the emergency doctor(Dr. Venkatesh) had provided a blank sheet with no mention of why the admission to hospital was suggested, he had left all the columns - doctor's notes, tests advised, the diagnosis, etc blank. *** *** * ****** ** ** ********* on finding out that it was the hospital's fault Dr. Pradeep then asked the staff to fill all the details and provide the same to me.

My brother was admitted to this hospital on 8th may night from that day he was having abdominal pain with no other complications. Still dr told us that he recommends to shift this kind of patient to ICU and where we was completed fine and doing everything by himself eg. toilet latrine and bath and taking food.****** ****** ***** ********** ****** ** ** ** *** ******** ** *** * **** **** ** ************ *** Dr Pradeep is continuously scaring us by telling that its in acute stage and patient may need to transfer to ICU *** ******* **** ** **** *** ***** *********** *** ******* * **** ***** ***** ** ******* ********* **** ***** * **** ** *** ** *****

Now when 5 days passed he is telling ******* ***** **** ** ** again entering to danger zone while his lypase and amylase count was low and CT report was also good. Then we had to literally fight with Brookfield hospital to release him with patient party’s risk. Don’t ever visit this hospital and Dr pradeep

Horrible. Went with fever and cold problems, got me checked for all possible forms of blood tests. Prescribed me all sorts of medicines but for a paracetamol. Fever as expected didn't go down.

Next day blood test report said dengue IgM positive and he said immediate hospitalisation. I remotely didn't have any symptoms of dengue but for fever, no nausea, no body pains, nothing.

Took advice of my family doctor and he said not to get hospitalised and take rest at home with proper diet and I got well in 5 days.

Conclusion : never risk your life by visiting this doctor.

in a single day, they did more than 10 times ECGs, 3-time ultra scanning, 2 times 2 D Echo, and 2 times TMT, * ****** ***** ********** *** *** ***** ***** **** ******** ** ******** * ***** ******* ***** Finally, Dr. Pradeep suggested an angiogram because he did not find anything in the tests,

I started asking the Doctor why the angiogram because she is not a heart patient,

there are no symptoms related to a heart attack and after reaching the hospital within 2 hours she was fine, and we told him no time, we don't have any problem so requested to please leave us, but they did not listen and continuously gave injections and putting a lot of injections in Celine,

A horrible doctor who only looka for ways to suck money out if his patients. No matter with what problem you go to him he will try to hospitalize you not considering the trauma and tension one has to go through (apart from the money wasted that is their main motive). If you go to him abd he advices for hospitalization please take second opinion.

i recommend doctor Dr pradeep kumar tj . I got my diabetics in November 2019. The facilities are good. About Dr Pradeep kumar , he is extremely understanding and very experienced. Did not face any challenge while discussing any issues regarding my diabetes. Was friendly in nature. Was very relaxed being in an experienced hand like him. Want to recommend him to everyone possible. I was more than happy to be treated by him. My diabetes journey became smoother because of his guidance and treatment.

Such horrible experience with this doctor and brookfield hospital services. **** for fever, Dr. Pradeep ask me to do all possible expensive blood test, X-RAY, Ultrasound and many more.After asking from my side, why these many test for fever? Dr.Pradeep started arguing and Later these many test done Dr. asked me to admit to hospital also as he thought Its COVID symptom.Fortunately There was no COVID found.

Dr. Pradeep never understand your concern and never be polite. Dr.Pradeep tried to make bigger hospital BILL as much as possible.

I was admitted in hospital for more than a week just for fever treatment. During this week, I was asked to have 7-8 tablets per day.Even Nurse also so care less and rude of this hospital. In Many situation, They won't visit you after calling multi times.

Worst decision to visit this Hospital & Doctor. I'll never recommend this Doctor to anyone.

I dont understand why brookefield hospital treats patients like this. As i am suffering from fever, i went to the hospital. Dr. Pradeep kumar spoken to me first and he has taken me to other senior doctor. Senior doctor asked some regular questions and told me to go for blood test and X ray. **** *** ***** * **** *** ****** ***** *** ******* ***** They are treating me like this.

One peculiar thing i observed is the medicines prescribed by them can be get anywhere else except in their own hospital pharmacy... those compositions are very pricy too. We cant get even cough syrup suggested by them except there.
